Multiple booking discounts apply to delegates booked at the same time and from the same organisation and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.  Discounts will be applied to the delegate/s with the least expensive booking.

Transfers
Delegates wishing to transfer to another PDP Conference may do so free of any transfer charge if the request is received in writing at least one calendar month before the event that the delegate wishes to transfer from.  The request should state the date and name of the event that the delegate wishes to transfer to ( which must be within twelve months of the event for which the delegate originally booked ).  Transfers will only be accepted where PDP has received payment for the event that the delegate wishes to transfer from.

Requests for transfers received less than ( after ) one calendar month prior to the event will be made subject to a transfer fee of €225, per delegate, provided that they are received at least 24 hours prior to the booked event.  A delegate who transfers to another Conference will not be permitted to claim any refund where he/she does not attend that other event.

A delegate who cancels his or her place less than 24 hours before the start time of an event will not be permitted to transfer the place to another event.
